Ⅰ、Brief introduction
Tunnel kiln is a continuous heating furnace for producing clay bricks, high alumina bricks, silica brick and other construction clay bricks, etc, whose advantages is too much production capacity and products in good quality. Tunnel kiln structure is variety, Lining materials are with refractory bricks or light insulating bricks, Roof structure is arch-shaped or flat shaped. Outside is with steel shell or with normal red bricks. Different structure designs are in accordance with the specific products and users demands.

1.1 Kiln structure and kiln car
1.1.1Kiln Wall: From inside to Outside. The pre section of Preheating zone and the post section of Cooling zone: clay bricks, clay insulating bricks and normal red bricks. The post section of the Preheating zone and the pre section of the Cooling zone: high alumina bricks, clay bricks and normal red bricks. Firing zone: High alumina bricks, clay bricks and clay insulating bricks.
1.1.2 Roof structure: From inside to Outside. The pre section of Preheating zone and the post section of Cooling zone: clay bricks, clay clinker, rock wool blankets. The post section of Preheating zone, the pre section of Cooling zone and Firing zone: high alumina bricks, clay clinker, rock wool blankets. This structure keeps the roof in a permanent high temperature and good insulating and sealing performance. The flat roof is a good structure of tunnel kiln for saving bricks and more even air distribution. The shortcoming is using more steel structure, sealing performance is not good as Arch roof results more heat loss.
1.1.3 Kiln car surface is build with Silica bricks, under that is clay bricks. Whose structure decrease the car weight and the heat loss, save the energy, increase the temperature and reduce temperature difference around the kiln.
1.2 Character: Heavy, Occupying more space, Lose more heat energy, but low cost.
